I recently had a delightful stay at Garni-Hotel Farmerhof, and while it was a city trip rather than a tropical beach getaway I'm used to, it still offered its own kind of charm. The friendly host instantly made us feel welcome, but I did notice the big room could use a renovation-let's just say the bed felt a bit broken, so I recommend taking that into consideration if you want a good night's sleep! The breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic, with everything from hearty snacks to a luscious buffet that would satisfy anyone's morning cravings. With 300 days of sunshine a year, the outdoor elements were perfect for soaking up that early sun before heading out on our memorable mountain hikes. And might I add, the views of the Merano Valley were simply breathtaking-definitely a feast for the eyes, especially for a marine biologist like me who appreciates the beauty of nature! for those who crave the fresh mountain air and enjoy exploring, Garni-Hotel Farmerhof has that cozy, family-oriented vibe to keep you comfortable and engaged. If you're looking for a unique experience, don't miss the scheduled activities like the climbing tour-perfect for an adventure-loving group!
